These terms govern your use of the FitMax coach panel, the FitMax client app and this website. By creating an account or using FitMax, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
Coach accounts are for fitness professionals. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Clients join FitMax by invitation from a coach.
2. Plans and billing
- Starter is free for up to 5 active clients, with no time limit.
- Pro Coach is billed monthly, includes up to 15 clients, and adds a per-client fee for each additional client.
- Enterprise pricing is agreed individually.
- Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds for coaches in Egypt and in US dollars elsewhere. We will give notice before changing prices for existing subscribers.
3. Your responsibilities as a coach
FitMax is a tool — it does not provide medical, nutritional or training advice. You are responsible for the programs and guidance you give your clients, for having their consent to store their data, and for following the laws that apply to your coaching business.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the plans, templates and other content you create, and clients keep ownership of what they submit. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the service.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse FitMax: no unlawful, harmful or abusive content, no attempts to access other accounts, and no reverse engineering or overloading of the service.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep FitMax running smoothly, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
7. Cancellation and termination
You can stop using FitMax at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. After cancellation, you can request an export of your data within a reasonable period.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FitMax is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the coach panel or by email.
